Integrate Callture’s Click-to-Dial Extension with Zoho CRM

Step 1

  • For Callture’s Click-to-Dial extension, first install it from Google Play
  • Go to the extension’s options page, use the following information and save it:
    1. Username: [Your username provided by Callture]
    2. Password: [Your password or Key]
    3. Desktop Number: [Your line number (e.g. 4168479111)]
    4. Desktop Extension: [Your extension (e.g. 777)]

Step 2

Once the settings are saved, any phone number on a page should become clickable; however if they are not clickable, you can always highlight the number => right click => Call to...

Step 3

After a few seconds, your desk phone will ring. Once you answer it, our system will dial the outbound call and connect it to you.

Callture’s CRM-Interact Extension

Step 1

Link Callture and Zoho: Enter your Zoho account information into our web portal from the link below:

  1. Login to your portal: https://support.callture.net/
  2. From the top menu go to Account Info => CRM
  3. Add a new row for Zoho Integration
  4. Enter your instance name and save

Step 2

OAuth authentication: Click on the OAuth authentication button and login to your Zoho. The OAuth login process will obtain an API key from your domain and enable our app to work with Zoho.

From Google Play, add the Callture CRM Interact extension to your Chrome browser: Google Play

Go to the options page of the extension. You will see an icon on the top right corner of your browser for the extension, just click => Options:

If the icon does not appear there then you can access it from Chrome Settings => More Tools => Extensions then click on Callture CRM Interact => Details => scroll down => Extension Options

Step 4

Use the following information, complete the configuration and save:

  1. Client No: [Your client number provided By Callture]
  2. User ID: [The user ID you use to login to your portal]
  3. User Key: [Your user key or password provided By Callture]
  4. CRM Type: Choose Zoho
  5. Call Direction: Choose Inbound
  6. Pop up Type: Choose one of the following values:
    1. Automatic: On incoming or outgoing calls, the Zoho Contact page will pop up automatically
    2. Interactive: You will need to click on the call notification screen (on the bottom right corner of your screen) to show the Zoho Contact page
  7. Interval (in seconds): Indicates how frequently the extension will check our system for an incoming call (the default is 10 seconds, but you can set it as low as 5 seconds)
  8. Debug: Enabled

Once the information is saved, wait one minute before making a call

Testing:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to Zoho and have created a lead for your desired phone number
  2. For every new incoming call (or outgoing, depending on your setting) you will see a notification like this where:
    1. you can click on "Details" in interactive mode to show the contact page, or
    2. the Zoho page will pop up automatically (in automatic mode)

Step 6

If, for any reason, you would like to stop this process, you can simply click on the Extension menu on the top right corner of your browser and click on "Pause". You can click on Resume to start the process again.
