Please see the instructions below for transferring your existing toll free or local number to Callture

To transfer an existing number to Callture, please complete one of the applications below. Once completed, please send the form, as well as your most recent bill copy from the current provider to resporg@callture.com or fax them to one of the numbers below. Confirmation will be emailed to you once we receive the documents, letting you know if further information will be needed or if the documents have been sent out for processing.

A RespOrg (or Responsible Organization) is a carrier company who handles the transferring and provisioning of your number. Callture will become your RespOrg, yet you retain ownership of your number and are able to transfer it to another provider at anytime. Please allow 7 to 14 business days (tentative due date) for your number to be transferred and activated in your account. To ensure the transfer process goes as smoothly as possible, please make sure that the account information you fill out on your application form matches exactly with the information your current provider has on file. Your transfer request will be rejected if this information does not match and cannot be verified.
