  • Forward calls from your business phone system to your staff’s desk phone, mobile, and/ or softphone.
  • Calls can be forwarded to a queue with soothing music on hold and messages to keep the callers till an agent becomes available. If the call is not answered within certain time, it can be forwarded to the manager.
  • You can forward calls to all of your phone numbers simultaneously or sequentially.
  • If your staff misses a call, it’s sent to a professional voice mail system and then the message is emailed and/or texted to them.
