How to Opt-in: “Callture will send payment receipts to active subscribers' mobile numbers via text message as soon as they become active. Please advise the agent at the point of sale if you would like to subscribe to this service. Point of sale agent may also tell you about this service when you initially signup, if agreed by customer, agent will enable balance alerts for the provided cell phone number.”
How to Opt-out: “To opt-out from our SMS service, you can text STOP to
58055 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages.”
How to get help or support: “To get help, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our toll free number at 888.683.5226. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting
HELP to 58055.
Service Disclosure: The message is being sent as payment notification when funds are added to the virtual wallet of the account holder. Wallet balance is later used to make long distance calls and/or International Mobile top-ups.
Message Frequency: Message is sent after each successful payment. Average of 3 times a month per phone number.
